About the Practitioner
Helen Goodrum (Rolfer, BCTMB) is a movement educator, practitioner, and optimizer serving Arizona, USA. She brings her embodied practice spanning over three decades to her clients at Artful Healthcare in Prescott, Arizona.
An international performer with The Carpetbag Brigade Physical Theater, student of the Axis Syllabus International Research Community, a Contact Improvisation dancer and former aerialist and acrobat, Helen’s ongoing research of the human body, movement education, perception & coordination are supported by her qualifications as a Rolfer®, Rolf Movement® practitioner, Franklin Method Pelvic Floor Trainer, Craniosacral Therapist and Contemporary Dancer. Helen is further inspired and educated by her studies with Tom Myers Anatomy Trains®, Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen Body-Mind Centering®, Feldenkrais Method® and Bones for Life®. Helen has traveled the world extensively, enjoys performing to theater audiences, loves hiking and Ashtanga Yoga, and unwinds by relaxing with a good book and cup of tea from her motherland England. |
