Pelvic Fascia Training
uses Dynamic Neuro-cognitive Imagery™, anatomical embodiment and educational skills to create lasting positive change in your pelvic floor and mind. This progressive image based methodology improves body biomechanics.
focuses on a sensory-motor approach to movement education, helping the client to become increasingly aware of their current perceptual and movement responses through exercises and hands on manipulation.
is a gentle touch technique which supports and nourishes the nervous system. It works with the craniosacral system and the unique natural rhythms of the body to enhance health and immunity, and reduce tension and restrictions.

The Ten Series
consists of ten individual
Rolfing session that systematically journey around the body, working through the fascial layers, restoring each section in relation to the other. The sessions combine to free, align and refit each part of the clients’ body into a unified whole and integrate purposeful change. Patterns of movement are often learned at a young age and bear the imprint of our personal and cultural histories. The Ten Series unwinds physical patterns that are not serving us in our lives.
are pre-recorded classes that strengthen your connection with yourself, bring increased support to the nervous system and integrate the mind–body connection.
Diaphragms: Bringing the Balance Back is an hour long class that explores the horizontal structures of the body and how to rebalance after a day at the office.
Somatic Restoration Through Movement focuses on a sensory-motor approach to movement education based on the Rolfing Ten Series taught in ten 30 minute classes.
